The Philippines Lacrosse Association was formed by heritage and 1st-Generation Filipinos & Filipino-Americans in order to establish the global lacrosse community in the Philippines and grow opportunity through growing the game of lacrosse.
Ron Garcia ?
President
Coach Garcia hails from the heritage community of Angeles City, Philippines and fell in love with the game of lacrosse at first sight once in the US. Over the last 13 years Ron has been a youth coach, high school coach and high school lacrosse official. Most recently he took his High School team to the State Finals and was awarded “2013 Coach of the Year” by the Colorado High School Lacrosse Coaches Association. He is currently the Head Coach at Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs and President of the Philippines Lacrosse Association. His commitment to grow the game in his heritage community and approach to success will be the perfect leadership platform for the Philippines Lacrosse Association.
Noel Ciocon ?

Noel played High School Lacrosse at St. Joseph HS in Metuchen NJ. and college lacrosse at the University of Scranton (D-III): 4 year varsity letter winner, tallied 52 goals and 42 assists in three years as a starter on attack for the Scranton Royals. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Endurance Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, PC – providers of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy , Wellness and Fitness in East Brunswick, NJ. Currently coaching daughters in girls youth lacrosse for Bridgewater Township, NJ.

Justin Rodis ?

Justin Rodis was born in Quezon City, Philippines. After relocated to California, his family made the cross country trek to Massachusetts. He started playing lacrosse in the 8th grade and quickly fell in love with the game. He played high school lacrosse at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional and was also a member of the Top Gun Fighting Clams LC. Collegiality, he was recruited to play for Elmira College, NCAA Division III member of the Empire 8 Conference. At Elmira College, he was a 4-year varsity letter winner and two year starter at midfield for the Soaring Eagles. Justin was a co-captain for the 2018 Philippines National Team that finished 10th in the World at World Lacrosse Championships in Netanya, Israel. Currently, he is a member of the North Shore LC. Justin has also coaches at Lincoln-Sudbury was apart of the 2019 Massachusetts Division I State Champion team. He has also coached in the Sudbury Youth Lacrosse Organization for the last 10 years.
